Replacements

If the defect is a manufacturer's fault we will replace the product. However, replacements do not cover normal wear or misuse of the product.

Returns

We try to ensure all our products are sent free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Bronte Bags within 5 days of receiving your order. We require faulty items to be returned for quality control.
